The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • 17th Street ships its world-famous barbecue throughout the United States. We do not ship to Canada or internationally at this time. Your 17th Street barbecue and sides will arrive fresh and ready to heat in the oven or on your grill. Please follow our reheating instructions carefully for maximum quality. All perishable items are fully cooked, cooled, vacuum sealed and frozen. We ship them in thick, insulated styrofoam coolers with gel packs. In the winter you may choose 2-day UPS shipping and in the summer we only ship for overnight delivery via UPS. We are not responsible for the product once it leaves our restaurant. The customer accepts all responsibility for the product once it's delivered. If there is damage to the box, please contact UPS and file a claim. We realize shipping costs are high. Our sauce and Magic Dust are packaged in eco-friendly glass bottles and they add weight. We've not raised our prices for many years, but we do add $5 shipping and handling on each order to help recoup packaging and labor costs. We are exploring shipping via FedEx and USPS and hope to offer more shipping options soon. Food orders placed Monday through Wednesday will be delivered that week with 1- or 2-day shipping. Food orders placed on Thursday can arrive on Friday only with 1-day shipping. At this time we do not ship for Saturday delivery. If this is a special situation, please call and we'll try to help you. Orders are not necessarily processed the same day they are placed. If you need an order shipped on the same day, please call in or place the order online before 9 a.m. central time. You may call our office at 618-684-8902 with any questions. Please note our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday. If you require a specific delivery date, please note it in the comment section or call us to place your order. We will contact you if we cannot accommodate your request.   • Return Policy
  • Kindly read our shipping and delivery policy thoroughly. Please order carefully. Our Magic Dust, barbecue sauces and food products may NOT be returned at any time. If you haven't tried our sauce, please order a bottle to try it out, NOT a gallon. We are not responsible for our food products once they leave our building. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier and file a claim. Please read and follow the reheating instructions carefully for best results. Using too high of a heat and/or overcooking will result in a less-than-stellar meal. Trust us on this.
